With strategic crewing branches in Greece and the Philippines, Sun Enterprises conducts an extensive cadet program. This program imparts the Group's core values of professional integrity, proactiveness, innovation, diligence and teamwork in our future officers. It is noteworthy that over 90% of our Masters and Chief Engineers initiated their professional journeys as cadets with our company.
Our seafaring crew receive rigorous training to uphold the pinnacle of industry standards, both at sea and onshore. This dedication extends to our commitment to safety and adherence to the foremost industry benchmarks. Additionally, our dedicated office team is relentless in its pursuit of optimizing the health, safety and wellbeing of every seafarer.
Furthermore, the Group prioritizes career progression. Almost all key onshore personnel, including Department Managers, Safety Superintendents and Technical Superintendents have previously sailed in our fleet as Masters and Chief Engineers. The shore team works tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of all the Group’s vessels, with their expertise in operations, technical, crewing, safety, vetting and industry regulations.
